At Kobelco Logistics, Ltd., we share relevant information with the public via our official social media accounts, in accordance with the following policy.

Our primary purpose when using social media is to build better relationships with users who engage with our official social media accounts, to engage in promotion and communication, to make announcements, and to carry out public relations.

We listen to feedback from our customers and other social media users, and act with integrity when utilizing social media so as to better garner trust.
We understand that information cannot be entirely erased from the Internet once published, and act accordingly when publishing such information.
We understand that social media exists within the broader Internet environment and is accessible to the public at large. We endeavor to engage in responsible and conscientious posting.
Notices and requests to social media users
- Information published via social media is current as of the time of publication. The validity of such information is subject to change at a later date.
- Information disseminated through social media by our employees does not necessarily represent the official announcements or views of Kobelco Logistics, Ltd. Official announcements and views are disseminated through our official website, press releases and other similar means.
- Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Comments, posts, and acts that disrupt the operation and management of our social media accounts, infringe on the rights of third parties, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate may be deleted at our discretion, and the accounts of such offenders may be blocked or become subject to other such actions by us.
- The copyright for all posts and comments made by customers and users in the comment sections and so forth of our official social media accounts will belong to the customer or user who created said post or comment, unless the rules and regulations of the relevant social media service state otherwise. However, the posting of such content shall be deemed as granting Kobelco Logistics, Ltd. permanent, non-exclusive and free of charge license to use said content (including sublicensing, tailoring, extracting excerpts, duplicating, publishing, translating, making public transmission, etc.). The posting of such content shall also constitute agreement on the customer or user’s part not to exercise their moral rights in regards to our use of the copyrighted content in question.
- Comments or other submissions or posts made by customers and users may be used for future business purposes, including as marketing and data analysis. Such use shall not grant the customer or user the right to demand remuneration or any other rights related to development.
- Kobelco Logistics, Ltd. is not responsible for information created or shared by third parties, and will not be liable for any damages, trouble or disputes arising from such information.
- The information published by us on our official social media accounts is protected by copyright law, various agreements and treaties, and other laws and regulation. Unless express authorization is given, the use (duplication, modification, uploading, presentation, transmission, distribution, sale, etc.) of such information outside of personal noncommercial use or for purposes beyond the scope explicitly recognized by law shall constitute copyright infringement.
- We reserve the right to delete or cease operation of our official social media accounts without notice.
Revisions to Social Media Policy
We may change or revise this policy without prior notice. The changed or revised policy shall enter into force at the time it appears on this site.
Governing law and court of jurisdiction
This terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kobe District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any and all disputes arising between users and Kobelco Logistics, Ltd.
